This Beat Licensing Agreement ("Agreement") is between Monshely Production ("Producer") and the purchaser ("Buyer") of a beat license through this website. By completing a purchase, the Buyer agrees to the terms below for the specific license tier purchased.
1. MP3 Lease — 9€
- Files delivered: MP3 only
- Distribution: up to 2,000 sold copies/units
- Streaming: up to 100,000 combined audio streams
- Music video: 1 video, non-monetized or up to 50,000 views
- Live performances: up to 3 for-profit shows
- Radio broadcasting: not included
- Producer credit required in all uses ("Prod. by Monshely" or similar)
- Non-exclusive: the Producer retains the right to license this beat to other artists
2. Premium Lease — 29€
- Files delivered: MP3 + WAV + trackout stems
- Distribution: up to 10,000 sold copies/units
- Streaming: up to 1,000,000 combined audio streams
- Music video: up to 3 videos, up to 500,000 views each
- Live performances: unlimited for-profit shows
- Radio broadcasting: up to 2 stations
- Producer credit required
- Non-exclusive: the Producer retains the right to license this beat to other artists
3. Exclusive License — 54€
- Files delivered: same as Premium Lease (MP3 + WAV + trackout stems)
- No caps on distribution, streaming, or usage — including unlimited streaming on platforms such as Spotify
- Full commercial usage rights granted to the Buyer; no producer credit required
- Exclusive: once purchased, the beat is removed from sale and will not be licensed to any other artist
- The underlying composition/instrumental copyright is licensed exclusively to the Buyer for commercial use; it is not a transfer of the Producer's authorship
General terms
All licenses grant usage rights only — they do not transfer ownership of the underlying musical composition or master recording copyright, except as described for the Exclusive tier. Licenses are non-transferable to third parties. The Producer is not responsible for samples cleared or uncleared within the beat unless otherwise stated.
